Introduction
Portable explosion-proof torch is the lamp which is flame-proofed and used for local lighting and emergency lighting in GB3836.2-2000 listed inflammable and explosive locations, and it also applies to the patrol and maintenance of the above-mentioned places.
This lamp is widely used in ship customs, wharf, airport, Public Security, fire-fighting, frontlier defense and carriage of dangerous goods, this products has features of high strength, far lighting distance, long life, moisture protection.
This product has passed the inspection of National-level lighting lamp explosion-proof safety supervision inspection station and it conforms to the requirement of national standard GB3836.2-2000

Main Function and Technical Standards
1. The product's shell material painted with fine lacquer layer is made of ZDL-102 aluminium alloy and die-castled to model.Bulb holder is equipped with rubber quake-proofed cover which is used to avoid sparks when falling or colliding with other objects
2. Lamp shell doesn't have through-hole. The lamp's switch on-off uses the structure of dry spring of alarm circuits and strong magnetic switch to ensure the explosion-proof character.
3. The Lamp has safety lock clamping screw nail ensuring the closure of the lamp in-flammable and explosives locations, The lamp cover can only be opened in safe place by person in charge of using special spanner whern the electricity is off (Spare Allen wrench should be kept by person specially assigned for the task.

Use and Maintenance
* Change battery and light bulb;
* When you change the battery, please cut off power supply and loose safety lockclamping screw nail, thern remove bulb holder cover to take out battery and change it. The method of light bulb change is that, first, take off the light bulb from bulb holder cover and after replace it with a new light bulb, please installiy as the original means.
Instructions
1. You should stop using the lamp in following situation, shell have warped, crack, cover and screw shread's damage and crack in glasses.
2. You are not allowed to repack explosive-proof lamp or change explosive-proof lamp parts randomly
3. It is not suitable for using in strong magnetic field, strong acid and strong base environment.
4. You should take out the battery when not used for a long time in case of that battery medium's corrosion to the lamp
5. The product's useful life is three years. Accessory excessive use will lead to degraded usage.
