1. Take Out the suit and lay it open, put on the suit and place your legs into it
2. Tighten The nylon ankle strap and remove air of inside, place your arms into suit
3. Wear hood over head, Pull the watertight zipper up, Tighten the nylon Buckle on the neck
4. Make sure that all the accessories are in order, and you have fasten the safety belt
Thermal Protective : The body temperature will not be 2°C Lower than normal temperature after immersing in the 0°C~2°C static water for 6h
